Former chief UN atomic agency said that nuclear energy remains a primary source to replace oil, although its position is threatened after the disaster in Japan recently.
"Nuclear is still providing a real alternative as a reliable energy producer," said Mohamed ElBaradei gave a speech at the opening of the Dubai Global Energy Forum.
